Markets

A Market is an open social challenge where unlimited people can participate by trading Yes or No shares. No opponent needed, just post your claim and let anyone join.

Tweet your prediction, tag @joinringo, and don't tag a specific person. Anyone can participate by trading shares by replying to the tweet, quote retweeting it, or from the Markets section in the webapp.

The challenge and your funds are locked on-chain the moment someone takes it, until the outcome is confirmed.

You can only cancel if no one has bought any shares yet. Once someone starts trading, the market is locked.

All active markets are listed in the Markets tab in the Ringo webapp.
